This is a one of a kind home that was built with great attention to detail. The exterior is framed with an alternative building system named RASTRA with 10" thick walls. Their literature states an insulation value of R28 to R38 (depending on the wall thickness). There are in floor electrical outlets in the great room, breakfast room and the guest house. The 2 way fireplace in the great room is a wood burning fireplace that has been converted to natural gas. The kitchen features quartz counters, custom alder cabinets and under cabinet lighting. The oven is electrical at this time but there is a natural gas stub out if you ever wish to change to a gas oven. The cooktop is gas. The house is designed with 3 bedrooms on one side and the 4th on the other side. The 4th bedroom was designed to be just a bedroom but could also be a den or a mother-in-law room as there is a ¾ bath, an area for a separate refrigerator and a counter with a 20A circuit for small appliances.
