I couldn't dream of having better people in our lives for the two houses we have purchased (one sold). They are extremely knowledgeable about the process of buying or selling and have many connections to those related to the process and after the fact little things such as pest control, landscapers or cleaning services. They make you feel like you are their only client although that isn't the case. Great communication flow that keeps you informed of any changes or that their are no changes which for a type A person(yes I'm picky and somewhat needy) like me, is a life saver. Not a single moment of frustration for their actions or lack there of. I can't recommend them enough for your realty needs. You truly won't regret it.

I was buying from out of state and Tony was there for me for every step. In fact I didn’t even have to ask, he stepped on his own, going to the house to meet with whoever was needed, providing contacts and going to house on my behalf whenever needed. Early on in our home search my fiance and I went to look at a house that was being shown by Arizona Team Realty, and we had the pleasure of meeting Tony and Cassie for the first time. That whole early experience was so pleasant and hassle-free that we decided to stick with Tony throughout our house hunting experience, and boy am I glad that we did. Tony Sherman was awesome to work with! We purchased a new build and while it may seem like you wouldn't need a realtor for this, he was helpful every step of the way. He assisted us in getting a price break on our lot, getting additional free amenities, and in catching flaws during each walk-through visit. Tony and Cassie did a great job for us! They had excellent suggestions for de-cluttering our home and making it show well. They did price comparisons and came up with a very fair price that we listed our home at. We were able to sell our home in two weeks. They were very professional, very detailed, very hands on and always very accessible.

For a transaction that is as relatively rare, complex, and high value as a home purchase is, it was and remains essential that a buyer (and seller) retain the best professional available. Our particular case required help in the search for a property, from scratch, with many parameters to be met, encompassing a search area of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. This took a lot of time and effort. Once we narrowed down the search, we needed help with resources to check out the property’s condition, systems, water supply and quality, services, compliance, and interaction with lender for financing. This required a multifaceted approach with good people that were professionals and experienced in their respective fields. Mr. Sherman and his team secured this for us. Inevitably, there are always challenges in the home buying event. But I’d like to emphasize that any challenges that we encountered were resolved without doubt in retrospect. In other words, there were no hard lessons to be applied for next time. We were the beneficiaries of Mr. Sherman’s craft and of his team. His knowledge, wisdom, experience, guidance and representation allowed us to purchase our home in excellent condition at a fair price without pending issues, regrets, or buyers remorse. Finally, if I may express a more personal thought; I was able to submit the offer to the home we purchased sight unseen using Mr. Sherman’s wife and partner Cassandras input and opinion from her observation.
